Oats Brownie

Ingredients :

– Chocolate: 120 grams

– Butter: 50 grams

– Jaggery: 1/2 cup (about 100 grams)

– Curd: 1/3 cup

– Oats: 1/2 cup (packed)

– Wheat flour: 1/4 cup

– Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon

Melting the Chocolate and Butter :
First of all, we have to take some dark chocolate. Now add butter to it and melt it. You can melt it in the microwave, or use the double boiler method. Just keep in mind that the chocolate melts well and there are no lumps in it.

Making Oats Powder :
Now we will take oats and grind it and make powder. This powder of oats will give a good texture to our brownie and it will also be healthy.

Preparing the mixture of jaggery and curd :
Now, instead of sugar we are using jaggery. For this, grind jaggery also well. Now add curd to this ground jaggery and mix it well. This mixture will not only add sweetness to the brownie, but will also soften and moisturize it.
